It’s been a busy couple weeks at Eurobase People, with a variety of client visits across Europe.

Coming back from another client visit, last week Ian Ayres, Sales & Operations Director at Eurobase People, accompanied John Curmi, Senior Recruitment Consultant, to the stunning city of Oslo, Norway.

Ian and John started the day with a 2:30am wake-up last Monday morning to catch an early flight, starting the two-day trip with 5 meetings on Monday and 3 meetings on Tuesday morning before heading back to catch a flight Tuesday afternoon, making for a jam-packed 24 hours!

John reflected on the short by sweet visit, saying: “I want to thank everyone that I met with over the two days,

“It was great to hear the plans of various companies which gives me great confidence in the market, and it sounds like after the summer break, it will improve further!

“I am very grateful that I can meet existing and new clients in Oslo. Face-to-face meetings are part of my personalised service that I provide and take great pride in.

“We also shared our new data insights about their company which is valuable for both me and my clients.

“For me, recruitment is about creating partnerships, not just sending CVs.”

John also discussed looking forward to his next visit to Norway, which is set to be around September, where he hopes to meet more of our clients.

At Eurobase People we don’t let the fact that we are based in the UK stop us from meeting our clients across Europe face-to-face.

We believe it’s important that we build and maintain our partnerships and this visit was the perfect example of how we always aim to Exceed Expectations.

This past Friday evening, the Eurobase team came together for a special night of celebration, reflection, and recognition at our Annual Awards Evening.

It was a chance to honour the incredible achievements and hard work of our team throughout the 2023/2024 financial year.

Each year, we take great pride in acknowledging those who go above and beyond in their roles.

This tradition of celebrating excellence continued as we presented well-deserved awards to some truly worthy recipients. Congratulations to all of our award winners!

The atmosphere was lively, with everyone in high spirits as we reflected on a year full of accomplishments.

More importantly, the night offered an exciting opportunity to look ahead to what’s already shaping up to be a busy and successful year.

With so much to look forward to, we can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together next.
