Your Role
As a consultant (f/m/d) in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with a focus on CCH Tagetik implementation, you will assist clients—particularly in the financial services sector—in introducing new planning, consolidation, and reporting processes based on the CCH Tagetik software solution.
You will take on a variety of tasks, including:
- Conducting preliminary studies, software selection processes, and system implementations.
- Designing and implementing solutions for:
- Group consolidation under national and international regulations.
- Strategic and operational planning, including forecasting.
- Regulatory reporting for Solvency II, FinRep, Sustainability Standards, and valuation processes for IFRS 16 and IFRS 17.
- Tax processes related to Global Minimum Tax BEPS Pillar 2, deferred taxes, and country-by-country reporting.
- Data analysis and integration to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Your Profile
- A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience as a consultant or in a relevant internal role in group reporting or controlling.
- Practical experience with consolidation, planning, or reporting systems—ideally CCH Tagetik.
- Strong understanding of accounting and reporting processes.
- Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with database systems.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional language skills in Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.
