Are you a developer, tech lead or solution architect? We are looking for you to join our Microsoft professional environment within Digitization and Cloud development in [Client Name]! In [Client Name], we have one of the largest .NET environments in Norway with several hundred developers in total. We work daily with the largest customers and the most prestigious solutions within Microsoft technology, and believe that we have one of Norway's very best and most recognized Microsoft professional environments.
We are looking for you as:
- Enjoys seeing the "whole picture" in complex solutions and communicate problems for the customer
- Likes to get to know and understand the customer's needs
- Can design good solutions based on the right technology in relation to the customer's needs and requirements
- Is skilled in developing secure web and client applications
- Likes to work in an interdisciplinary team
We are looking for you with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a developer, architect or tech lead and have solid expertise in:
- .NET development (C#) - frontend/backend or full stack development from multiple projects
- Modern web technology and client framework
- Database systems (e.g. MS SQL Server, etc.)
- Agile development methodology such as Scrum or Kanban
It is also an advantage to have knowledge (or an interest in becoming proficient) in:
- Design Patterns
- Docker, Kubernetes and other systems and tools for containerization
- Structured programming, TDD and DDD are not a disadvantage
- Cloud solutions - primarily Microsoft Azure is an advantage
With us, you will most likely be part of a larger team consisting of team/project manager, architect, interaction designer, graphic designer and developers. We emphasize that our developers, in addition to developing and setting up the solutions, also have business understanding and can thus participate in an advisory role towards the rest of the team and the customer.

- Good communication skills in Norwegian
- Ability to take responsibility
- Customer-oriented with a good general understanding of business, and with industry knowledge in several specialist areas
- Curious and willing to learn more and to share your knowledge with your colleagues
- Is solution-oriented, both technically and functionally
- Can contribute internally in our environment to develop concepts and tools
- Relevant education at bachelor's or master's level from university/college
