SAP DELIVERY LEAD/MANAGER

THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU
- You have operational responsibility for application management at your customer
- Professional management of your team as well as supporting and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Together with your customer and the internal team, you will work on stabilizing the SAP logistics system
- You will be responsible for project management and coordination of change requests (change management) to further develop the customer system
- Responsibility for organizational tasks as well as reporting, controlling, escalations and offer management, including offer preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
- First or several years of experience in SAP consulting, project management or logistics
- Very good process knowledge in logistics as well as enthusiasm for IT and software
- A completed degree or training with a focus on software, IT or logistics
- High service orientation and strong communication skills with very good German (at least C1 level) and good English skills
