Your contribution as a designer is happy to:

-Plan and carry out insight work to map user and business needs
-Facilitate and participate in idea and concept development
-Facilitate workshops and design sprints
-Conduct user interviews, prototyping and user testing
-Create information architecture and prototypes
-Develop / further develop design systems
-Work in interdisciplinary teams with developers, domain experts, product owners and other designers
-Participate in creating new ideas with "high impact"
