Every day we process many databases and deploy them to clients, and the volume of production processes has grown so large that we want to strengthen our team with an operations engineer to continuously improve our production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring best practices and consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Build from Scratch: Design and develop projects from the ground up, laying the foundation for scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Shape the Front-End Architecture: Take ownership of decisions around technology, structure, and processes.
• Collaborate Closely: Work alongside designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to bring our vision to life.
• Innovate & Improve: Introduce new ideas, challenge the status quo, and advocate for better approaches and tools
