THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior CX Consultant - Service, you will play a key role in driving service excellence within a modernized landscape. Your expertise in S/4HANA service and SAP CX will be instrumental in leading complex projects, ensuring seamless transitions, and delivering top-tier customer solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage customer initiatives, overseeing sub-project teams from initial planning to successful go-live.
Design tailored SAP CX transition strategies by deeply understanding customer needs and leveraging technical expertise.
Analyze business requirements, crafting strategic implementation approaches for each unique project.
Collaborate with clients to develop system-driven process solutions.
Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Drive knowledge-sharing efforts through industry insights, white papers, and reference materials.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Strong background in IT, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven expertise in SAP Customer Experience solutions, including past exposure to SAP CRM.
Solid track record in project leadership, proficient in both agile and traditional methodologies.
Deep understanding of business structures and process optimization.
Hands-on problem-solving mentality with a proactive consulting approach.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a results-driven focus.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and decision-making skills.
Confident communicator, capable of driving discussions and influencing outcomes.
Business-fluent German and English, with a willingness to engage in client-facing travel.
