The Role
Through a six-month trainee programme, you will become a certified SAP HCM Consultant, specialising in payroll. As part of our team, you will collaborate with skilled and experienced colleagues, gaining insight into a wide range of national and international projects.
Guided by our experts and mentors, you will develop a strong foundation in SAP HCM, acquiring both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in SAP system configuration. As you progress, you will participate in projects and provide support to clients. Upon completing the programme, you will receive official SAP certification.
Your Responsibilities
- Learn about the interface between HR and IT.
- Gain knowledge of the entire SAP HCM module suite.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement and optimise SAP HCM solutions for clients.
- Support and advise clients throughout various SAP projects, from kick-off to completion.
Your Profile
- A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
- Interest in HR processes and the technical implementation of software solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured approach to work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a service-oriented mindset.
- A high willingness to learn and adapt.
- Willingness to travel when required.
