SENIOR UX DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Be responsible for the user experience in one of our product areas in the role of UX designer on the team.
- Solve challenges in collaboration with your cross-functional team and come up with quality-assured improvements to your product area that can be released continuously.
- Plan your own design process and define design tasks in collaboration with the team.
- Create neat sketches and prototypes in Figma.
- Ensure that our guidelines for design quality, accessibility, design system, and brand are followed in your product area.
- Identify when user testing is needed and conduct user tests.
- Contribute in the best possible way to making the team insights-based and utilizing insights and data available.
- Use and contribute to our design system.
- As an experienced designer, you should be able to take responsibility for leading the design process in teams with several designers.
- Participate in a common design forum to share inspiration and experiences and constructive feedback on design.
-Make the UX environment a fantastic workplace for all designers by contributing both professionally and socially with your personality, strengths, and interests as a designer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 5 years of professional working experience
- Are creative, but also structured and tidy.
- Are not afraid to try new things and see mistakes as learning.
- Work independently and can plan your own design process.
- Collaborate well, are not afraid to share and show unfinished work.
- Can communicate design and design process simply and understandably to other areas of expertise.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Have an interest in and preferably experience with design system, user testing, app design, information architecture, e-commerce, and accessibility.
- Are professionally engaged and interested in learning more and developing yourself.
