ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and expanding networks: Proactively build and nurture relationships with both current and potential clients and collaborators to create a robust network that aligns with company objectives.
- Representation and influence: Serve as the company's advocate by engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations to enhance market presence and influence.
- Fostering sustainable collaborations: Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with key individuals at target organizations to achieve strategic goals and reinforce the company's reputation as a dependable partner.
- Engaging in industry events: Participate in and organize networking opportunities to strengthen connections and maintain existing partnerships.
- Strategic alignment with leadership: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to devise and implement strategies for strategic relationship-building and market positioning.
IDEAL PROFILE
- Educational background: A degree in business, sales, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in areas such as business development or network management, ideally within the IT or SAP domain.
- Skills and attributes: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Networking expertise: A demonstrated track record of successfully building and maintaining professional relationships and partnerships.
- Personal qualities: A natural aptitude for connecting with people, paired with a results-oriented mindset.
- Additional requirements: Fluency in both German and English, as well as a willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%).
