Role Overview
As a Solution Architect - SAP CX/CRM (f/m/d), you will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions, optimize customer relationships, and play a pivotal role in shaping digital strategies. Your expertise will drive seamless customer experiences and advanced integrations across SAP systems.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative CX/CRM solutions using the SAP Integration Suite to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business processes, identifying improvement areas in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Design and develop end-to-end customer journeys for seamless customer experiences.
- Advise and support customers in implementing SAP CX/CRM solutions, creating technical concepts and conducting workshops.
- Integrate SAP CX/CRM systems with existing IT infrastructures and maintain interface connections.
- Independently manage agile projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Contribute to the design of the product and service portfolio in business integration.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent IT experience.
- Passion for technology with a strong ability to inspire customers with innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP CX, SAP ERP, or S/4 HANA, enabling effective collaboration with process consultants.
- Understanding of customer processes and commercial challenges.
- Strong customer orientation, independent working style, and goal-driven mindset.
- Team-oriented approach with familiarity in agile development methods.
- Proficiency in German and English.
