Role Overview
In this role, you will support the development of SAP solution concepts leveraging the latest innovations (SAP CX, S/4 HANA, RISE/GROW with SAP) and assist in digitalization efforts for customers. As part of the SAP Consulting Solutions business unit, you will collaborate with an experienced sales team to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact to address customer requirements related to SAP CX and S/4HANA.
  • Develop and expand internal and external relationship networks.
  • Support existing customers while identifying up-selling opportunities.
  • Engage and qualify new SAP customers, identifying key contacts and decision-makers.
  • Manage the sales process from lead qualification to customer acquisition, including collaboration with pre-sales specialists and management teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and management to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Present solution concepts at customer meetings, trade fairs, and other events.
  • Provide CRM-based reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer consulting and support for software products and services.
  • Knowledge of SAP solution sales, especially S/4HANA and CX.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in SAP application companies.
  • Effective, result-oriented approach to the sales process with creativity and initiative.
  • Convincing presentation skills, professional demeanor, and strong negotiating abilities.
  • Fluency in German and English.
