About the Role

We are seeking a talented IFS Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering tailored IFS ERP solutions, supporting client needs, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization. You will act as a key advisor, collaborating with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy IFS Applications that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting and Analysis:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on leveraging IFS Applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Implementation and Configuration:
  • Configure and customize IFS modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR, to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate IFS Applications into existing IT systems.
• Project Management Support:
  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing IFS implementation projects.
  • Provide regular project updates and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Training and Support:
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support IFS adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend best practices.
  • Stay updated on IFS product developments and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as an IFS Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • Hands-on expertise with IFS Applications (various modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ERP configuration, customization, and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with IFS technical tools and technologies, such as IFS Cloud, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Education:
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus.
