Who Are You?

We believe you are an experienced UX designer with a solid portfolio demonstrating your ability to create user-centered solutions. You are self-driven but also enjoy teamwork. You have ambitions to take on responsibility, challenge the status quo, and contribute to (Company name)’s continued delivery of top-notch design.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3–5 years of UX design experience, ideally with some background in visual design for web solutions.
• Technical Understanding: Experience working closely with developers and familiarity with technologies like Sanity CMS or similar platforms.
• Methodology: Strong skills in research, prototyping, user testing, and universal design principles.
• Tools: Proficient user of Figma.
• Language: Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.

• Structured and independent, with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Eager to contribute to the strategic development of design within a growing company.
• Curious and motivated by challenges.
• Able to travel occasionally to the client’s office in the region.
• Be able to work in the office Gjøvik 3 days a week.
