Our Client are a global IT consultancy that are working with a Local Council to implement SAP SuccessFactors
This is a short term assignment with the initial duration being 6 weeks
The role is based in Nottingham however their is only 1/2 days work on site in the month
Pay - £500- 550 per day
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and map clients HR and payroll processes to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
3. Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Payroll, and other relevant modules.
5. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
7. System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects.
9. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements/specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
11. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
13. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements[1].
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
3. Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/HR industry. Experience with at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HR/Payroll. Preference of public sector and local government industry experience
7. Technical Skills: Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors. Proficiency in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
10. Certifications: Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant.
