We are a young Berlin company that has set itself the task of revolutionizing the future of speech therapy. Today we have over 60 speech therapists in 10 practices and are constantly growing as the demand for speech therapy in Germany is constantly increasing. That's why we are building a dynamic product and tech team at our Berlin headquarters that develops innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation in this area of ​​​​healthcare and support our practices across Germany. We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who, together with our Head of Product, will optimize the patient journey in speech therapy.

Tasks

As an all-round talent and full stack engineer in development, you will contribute your knowledge of frontend and backend development to the realization of various web and software projects. You are responsible for the implementation of technical solutions from conception to execution and play a key role in the development of our architecture.

Your tasks

• Based on the product requirements, you make independent architectural decisions and implement software solutions with an overall overview of backend and frontend
• You develop and maintain our PWA (Progressive Web App) with Next.js (React) and TypeScript
• You build our internal database structure
• You integrate external APIs and ensure smooth communication with our systems
• In close cooperation with the Head of Product, you define requirements for external agencies and support the development of the internal team
• You ensure technical quality through testing
• You keep an eye on the optimization of our applications for maximum speed and scalability

Qualification

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least 4 years of professional experience as a full stack engineer
• Sound knowledge of software architecture and database structures
• Extensive experience in development with Next.js (React), TypeScript and modern frontend technologies
• Experience in integrating APIs
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Independent working style and strong problem-solving skills
• Bonus points for experience in the HealthTech sector with its strict data protection regulations in Germany
