SAP Business Readiness Consultant (f/m/D)

What will you do?
As a Business Readiness Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering business readiness services, consulting, and training
Acting as a consultant in customer projects, focusing on Business Process Transformation and SAP implementations
Supporting clients in the design and implementation of ERP-related processes
Facilitating communication between business and IT across all levels to ensure proper Business Readiness
Planning and overseeing training and testing activities during the build and rollout phases of projects
Contributing to the development of reference content, such as Business Flows, with a focus on methodology and content creation
Your profile:

A completed degree in natural sciences, information technology, economics, business administration, or a related field
Experience with SAP as a user, trainer, or consultant (in-house or external)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships at both operational and management levels
Professional experience with complex consulting and implementation projects is advantageous
Industry experience in manufacturing is a plus
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
German language skills (written and oral) are a plus
