Business Transformation Consultant SAP S/4 HANA (f/m/D)

What will you do?
As part of our Enterprise Management (EM) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, you will serve as a consultant in customer projects focused on business process transformation and SAP ECC/S/4 HANA implementations. Our Competence Centers provide a knowledge hub and developmental opportunities for both individuals and teams, fostering creativity and innovation to drive our business forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering business readiness, consulting, and training services
Supporting clients in designing and implementing SAP-related processes
Facilitating effective communication between business and IT across all levels
Planning and overseeing training and testing activities during project build and rollout phases
Contributing to the development of reference content, such as Business Flows, with methodology and content creation
Creating documentation and models in various formats for both clients and internal projects
Your profile

A degree in natural sciences, computer science, economics, business administration, or related fields
Experience with SAP as a user, trainer, or consultant (in-house or external)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships at both operational and management levels
Experience in complex consulting and implementation projects is beneficial
Industry experience, particularly in the process industry, is a plus
Proven ability to work independently on conceptual and methodological tasks
Proficiency in spoken and written English
A collaborative working style that engages stakeholders across levels
Experience with process modeling tools is an advantage
Willingness and availability to travel
