To strengthen our team of 140 dedicated employees across various locations in Switzerland, we are looking for a C# and .NET Developer. This role involves enhancing our products, participating in innovation projects, and leveraging your programming skills to elevate our software solutions. From backend to frontend, and from requirements analysis to test automation, you will engage in diverse tasks within full-stack development.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the development of our modern software solutions used by multiple cantons and municipalities.
Implement projects and integrate new features and innovations into our software products.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary and agile teams, focusing on continuous integration, automated tests, and software metrics.
Develop using our modern technology stack, including C#, .NET 8, and Angular, and prepare for DevOps processes using Docker and Kubernetes.
Support team members through coding dojos and pair programming.
Engage in innovation projects involving artificial intelligence and machine learning.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
Proven experience in agile software development and successful project implementation.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, WPF, and Oracle.
Experience with generative AI or machine learning is a plus.
Ability to work at the intersection of software development and product design, and a desire for continuous technical and methodological development.
Strong drive and innovative ideas that inspire team members.
