To strengthen our team of 140 dedicated employees across multiple locations in Switzerland, we are seeking a Lead Developer in C# and .NET. This role is crucial in the ongoing development of our software solutions, encompassing design, development, and architecture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design and architecture of software solutions used by multiple cantons and municipalities.
Drive the implementation of strategically significant projects, incorporating new innovations into our solutions.
Provide technical leadership to project teams and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with agile, interdisciplinary teams to design and develop software solutions.
Utilize C# and frameworks like .NET 8 and Angular, and prepare developments for DevOps processes using Docker and Kubernetes.
Participate in innovation projects involving artificial intelligence and machine learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
Extensive experience in agile software development and successful project implementation.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, WPF, and Oracle.
Experience with generative AI or machine learning is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work at the intersection of software development and product design.
Ability to inspire and lead teams with innovative ideas and determination.
