WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for experienced consultants (f/m/D) across Germany as (Senior) Consultant SAP SuccessFactors/HXM (f/m/D).

This consultancy in the SAP HCM/HXM market for more than 35 years. We have been an SAP logo partner from the very beginning and are now one of the SAP service partners with recognized expertise in SAP HCM/HXM. We support our customers in the conception and implementation of all SAP HCM/HXM applications. Our range of services extends from feasibility studies to process consulting, implementation and development to maintenance services. We are at home in projects of different sizes and complexity. THE ROLE:

- An exciting field of tasks from requirements analysis, consulting and conception to the technical implementation of SAP HXM solutions.
- Taking over (partial) project management and responsibility for technical topics
- Complete introductions and/or implementation of individual modules of the SAP SuccessFactors/HXM Suite
- Implementation of customer-specific configurations and training of key users
- Accompanying presales appointments with our new and existing customers
- Conception and implementation of integration and migration scenarios

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

- Relevant project experience in the conception and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors/HXM applications
- At least a current SAP SuccessFactors module certification
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Independence and willingness to work
- Customer and service-oriented actions as well as very good communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel depending on the project
