SERVICE DESK ANALYST
DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support during core hours 7am to 7pm.
- Flexible to travel using quickest mode of transport.
- Ability to quickly learn and support basic Desktop & Laptop hardware and software in W7/W10/W11 environment.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Good MS office products experience -Outlook 2007/2010 and Office 365.
- Experience of using IPAD, Android and other mobile devices.
- An understanding of wireless connectivity and fault diagnostics.
- To be able to floor walk and deal with any technical quires.
- Able to navigate around the OS, to find and recreate desktop shortcuts.
- Able to add printers and map network connections.
- To follow scripts to build and configure laptops and desktops.
- To perform moves and changes and set up workstations.
- Set up and maintain printers, clear jams, change cartridges etc.
- Mac skill desirable.
- Able to work in a Tech Bar environment so Excellent customer service required.
- Must be able to go through all customer clearances including financial, Government SC and Enhanced police clearances – facilitated by our client.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is desirable.
- Engineer will be required to pass NCA enhanced clearance and will be primarily supporting the NCA account until such time as other accounts require support.
- Candidates must have a valid SC clearance that can be transferred.
